  1. Open can of diced tomatoes and refried beans heat beans for about 30-60 seconds in microwave.
  2. You can either chop jalapeños and put in beans or add later on the tortilla. We do both.
  3. For each tortilla: Spread refried beans on one side of tortilla, then add diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and jalapeños. Around 3-5 jalapeños for us per tortilla.
  4. Fold topped part over and fold left and right corners in. Fold over after that so you have a burrito shapped tortilla.
  5. Place on microwavable plate and sprinkle shredded cheese over top for more taste and microwave for another 30-60 seconds until cheese is fully melted.
  6. Take out and be careful, it will be hot. Sit down and enjoy.
