Spagjang. This time i tried to create a dish called "spagjang" which spaghetti with Korean jajang sauce. It will be very easy recipe that you can try at home. Make a bit twist on the spaghetti w/ sausage.
I usually added some tuna and chilli to make a kick.

Ingredients of Spagjang
- You need 200 gr of spaghetti.
- Prepare 4-5 pcs of sausages.
- It's 2 tbs of black bean paste.
- You need 2 tbs of mirin.
- It's 1 tbs of sesame oil.
- Prepare 2 tbs of oyster sauce.
- You need 1 tbs of sugar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of white pepper.
- Prepare 1 of onion (chopped).
- Prepare 100 gr of mix veggies.
- You need 1 tsp of oil for stirfry.
Spagjang instructions
- Chopped 2cm length of you sausages. Then stick 5-6 pcs spaghetti on it.
- Heat the oil up, add the onion mix veggies. Then add black bean paste, oyster sauce, sesame oil, mirin, sugar and pepper. You can add a bit of water so its texture not really thick..
- On different sauce pan, boiled the pasta. Put a bit of oil and salt. Cook aldente. Then set aside..
- Mix the pasta and the sauce together. Stir up. Then serve. You can serve with yellow radish pickle or kimchi as companion..
