- Apply one part of the dough in pie mold pour the apple in it then apply second half brush the surface of pie with a mix of milk & 1 egg bake in 350°F oven for 45 min..

Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Scoop ice cream and mound in pan. Drizzle caramel topping over entire surface, allowing caramel to seep into ice cream. Pack ice cream back into pan. Cover and freeze until ready to serve.
