- You need 24 of pasta shells.
- It's 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- You need 5 pieces of grated garlic.
- Prepare 4 handfuls of spinach.

- You need 1 packet of fresh basil.
- It's 1 packet of ricotta cheese.
- You need 1 packet of mozzarella cheese.
- You need 1/2 packet of grated Parmesan.
- It's 1 carton of tomato sauce.
Cheese and pasta are just one of those combinations that I don't think anyone can refuse. This easy baked pasta dish is perfect for weeknight meals, entertaining, and it freezes well too! My love for cooking hasn't gone away, but it has been put on the back burner. Sprinkle on the breadcrumbs and the remaining cheddar cheese.
Large cheese and spinach stuffed shell pasta instructions
- Prepare all your ingredients, in a pot boil water for the pasta and preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
- Next add your pasta to the boiling water and let it boil for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile chop up your spinach and grate your garlic then heat up the pan with olive oil and sauté the two ingredients together then set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the all the cheeses, chopped up basil and the spinach and mix very well together till they’re combined.
- Drain the pasta and place some tomato sauce at the bottom of your oven dish.
- When the pasta cools a bit, stuff it with the cheese and spinach mixture and place in the dish.
- Then cover the pasta with tomato sauce and some Parmesan, cover with tinfoil and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Take the tinfoil off and place in the oven for another 5 minutes and then you are done.
- Present your dish whatever way you wish and enjoy !.
