- Mix butter & sugar till creamy..
- Add egg & vanilla essence & mix well..
- In another bowl, combine oats,flour,salt, cho chip & raisins.
- Stir dry ingredients into butter mixture & mix well..
- Arrange tablespoon of cookie dough for small cookies ,& about 3 tablespoons of dough for large cookie.Flatten dough to 0.5cm for thin, or 1cm for thick cookies , according to preferred choice..
- Bake in preheated oven at 180¤C /356¤F for 12-15minutes, til cookies are brown around the edges & firm on top.
- Makes about 24 small & 12large cookies.
