  3. It's 1 cup of Nappa cabbage, curly tops only, sliced.
  4. It's 1/2 lb of Beef, thinly sliced.
  5. You need 2 of Carrots, julienned.
  6. You need 5 of Mushrooms, sliced.
  7. It's 5 of Fresh Shiitake mushrooms, sliced.
  8. Prepare 1 medium of Onion, thinly sliced.
  9. It's 5 of Green onions, green tops only, 1 inch cuts.
  10. You need 2 clove of Garlic, minced.
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of Olive oil.
  12. It's 1 of Soy sauce.
  13. Prepare 1 of Sesame oil.

I did not add bamboo shoots or salt but I did add mushrooms.
