  4. It's 1 of onion.
  5. It's 4 of potatoes.
  6. Prepare 1 kg of ground beef.
  7. Prepare 1 pinch of black pepper.
  8. You need 1 of salt.
  9. Prepare 2 tsp of 7 spice (found in middle east stores).
  10. It's 1 of garlic powder.
  11. Prepare 1 of parsley flakes.
  12. It's 1 of can crushed tomatoes.

Eggplant casserole! (Tapsee) instructions

  1. Mix ground beef with salt to taste, pinch of black pepper or as u wish, teaspoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoon 7 spice, parsley flakes as much as u want.
  2. Cut eggplant, peppers, potatoes and onion in round pieces.
  3. Fried meat patties.
  4. First layer fried potatoes.
  5. Onion rings.
  6. Add the pepper.
  7. Add fried eggplants.
  8. Another layer of meat.
  9. Mix can of crushes tomato sauce with 1 1/4 water and add more 7 spice and salt and pour on top of all layers.
  10. Add foil on top and put small holes with fork.
  11. Put in the oven on 350 and cook for one hour and 15 min. Than remove foil and broil for 10 min. Than take out and let cool for 5 min. And ENJOY! I serve mine with white rice or just eat it like that!!!!.

Peel Eggplant and cut crosswise into thin slices. Dredge each slice in flour and brown on both sides in hot oil. Add half of the eggplant slices, making aneven layer in the base of the dish.
