  1. Preheat oven to 200°F celcius.
  2. Peel & boil potatoes until soft.

  6. Mash potatoes together with either milk/cream or butter and add as much cheese as you like and put aside.

  9. Add mince mixture to a casarole dish and layer the mashed potatoes on top .. put into oven until potatoes have become golden and crispy :).
