- Prepare of The Mince.
- It's 250 grams of Mince.
- You need 1/2 of chopped onion.
- You need 1 clove of of garlic (chopped).

Shepards Pie step by step
- Brown mince.
- Add Onion & Garlic.
- Add Stock cude.
- Season as preferred. My suggestions are as followed..
- Add suger for sweetness & Flour to thicken the sauce..
- Either simmer for 20-30 minutes or transfer to slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Boil potatoes for 20 minutes or til soft when stabbed with knife..

- Add small amount off milk and some butter..
- Mash till smooth and creamy. (the more butter the more creamy).
- Put mince evenly in medium size dish.
- Add mash evenly on top with a small amount off butter onto to make mash crispy.
- Cook at 190 for 40 minutes or until light brown.
