I cook these in large muffin pans. Sort of a homemade BBQ Chicken Hot Pocket. I'm cheating just a little bit here. While a Hot Pocket version of the BBQ chicken in pretzel bread exists, this is the Lean Pockets variety, and it's the closest to edible-without-shame the brand gets.
