- Prepare 1/2 cup of Olive Oil.
- You need 6 of fresh grated Tomatoes.
- It's 1 tablespoon of Tomato Paste.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Dill (finely chopped).
- You need 1/4 cup of Parsley (finely chopped).
- You need 2 tablespoons of Sugar.
- Prepare of Salt.
- You need of Pepper.
- You need of Feta Cheese (optional).

- A) In a large sauce pan add in the olive oil and onion, simmer for about 5 minutes. B) Continue by adding the Carrots and Peas stir. C) Add in the dill and parsley. D) Add just enough water to cover the ingredients, stir. E) Continue by adding the fresh tomatoes and tomato paste. F) Last add in the Salt, Pepper and Sugar.
