  1. I have my left over stew so I decided to make this soup with it..
  2. I fry my palm oil with enough onions, garlic and ginger..
  3. Then add in small amount of water,left over stew,meat,dried fish and ur spices then cover it and let it cook for about 10mins.
  4. Add your ground nut paste and let it cook for another 5mins..
  5. Then add in your spinach and cover it to cook for 2mins. That's all.
  6. U can serve with semo, tuwon rice,tuwon masara or masa.
  7. Note. U can use vegetable oil instead of palm oil. And u can use both spinach and yakuwa..
  8. If u don't have leftover stew u can use blended tomatoes and pepper..
