  1. Prepare 2 tbsp of sesame oil.
  2. You need 2 tbs of Regular cooking Oil.
  3. You need 8-10 cloves of Garlic.
  4. Prepare of ginger 1 tbps.
  5. It's of schezwan 2 packets king chilli.
  6. It's of soya sauce 2 tbps.
  7. Prepare of Chilli sauce.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Vinegar.
  9. It's 4 pieces of Star Spice.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of honey.
  11. You need of Chicken 1/4 kg boneless.
  12. Prepare 2 pieces of Red chilli.
  13. It's 2 pieces of green chilli.
  14. Prepare of Mix veggies cut ( mushroom, Broccoli, babycorn, carrot, zucchini.
  15. You need of .. capsicum, cabbage,corn).
  16. It's of Corn starch 1tbps mixed with water.

Chicken Pot Rice step by step

  1. Add oil to a clay pot or Wok,on medium flame when heated up add garlic, ginger, spring onion, star spice, green chilli, break the red chilli and cook these ingredient till garlic is cooked..
  2. Once garlic is cooked immediately add all below ingredients schezwan + soya sauce + chilli sauce + honey..cook till it caramelizes and you get it's aroma..
  3. Fry chicken either separately in a pan with schezwan + soya sauce + ginger garlic paste or Add whole chicken to the above Step and cook till tender..
  4. Now add all the Vegies and cook for 5 mins and mix well..
  5. In a separate vessel steam rice till it's 75% cooked with salt to your liking..
  6. Finally add the drained rice in the pot or wok where all the veggies are cooked..
  7. Add 3 glasses of water and cornflour starch to the pot and mix well..
  8. Close the pot tight with a lid and let it cook on slow heat for 20 mins..
  9. Garnish with Spring Onion..
