  2. Prepare of Rice= 400 gm soaked.

  1. Take 5 Khusays (marrow)wash and hollow them by scooping out with potato peeler..
  2. Prepare the filling.Take 1/4 cup of oil in pan,add chopped 6 tbs garlic in oil,fry it till golden brown, add chopped onions and saute it for 5 minutes,add chopped tomatoes in it, add spices in it like haldi,chilli powder, chilli flakes, dhania powder, salt, cumin powder black pepper powder.Let cover the lid and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes, then add chicken mince in it and cook on high flame for 3..4 minutes and keep aside..
  3. Boil soaked rice half done and mix in the mince stuffing.Then put this stuffing in khausay..
  4. Prepare tomatoes sauce. Take half ke.g blanched tomatoes blend them,then pour in pan add salt,chilli powder and Ajwain in it,reduce little.In other pan add 3 tbsp oil and fry stuffed khausay for 4 minutes and then pour tomatoes sauce in it and cover the lid and cook for 6 to 8 minutes...
  5. Pour the tomatoes sauce on remaining stuffing and keep it on slow flame for 6 to 8 minutes. Garnish with green chillies and fresh coriander..
