  1. It's 300 grams of round ham slices.
  2. It's 1/2 dozen of eggs, preferably free range.
  3. You need 1 of splash of cream, milk or water.
  4. Prepare 1 of small brown/cooking onion, finely diced.
  5. You need 1 of tomato, diced.
  6. You need 5 of button mushrooms, diced.
  7. Prepare 1 of portion frozen spinach, thawed.
  8. It's 1 of handful tasty cheese, grated.
  9. It's 1 of liberal dash of cinnamon powder.
  10. You need of sea or himilayan salt and ground pepper.

Place the egg yolks in a bowl with the milk and combine. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites to medium soft peaks. Place the ham, spinach and cheese over half the omelette, then fold over the other side to enclose. With onions, cheese and a dash of pepper, our Cheesy Ham Omelet is absolutely delicious.

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. In a large mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients together, apart from the ham.
  2. Lightly spray a muffin tin and line with two pieces of Ham per hole. Note, I buy the Ham packs from Aldi as they're economical and the perfect size.
  3. With a spoon, pour the mixture into each Ham cup, approximately 3/4 of the way up.
  4. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes, until golden and puffy and enjoy.
