Tuna-noodle-veggie casserole. Add any veggies you wish here. In this recipe I used peas and mushrooms, you can swap them out for broccoli, asparagus, carrots, etc. Gently fold sauce, tuna, and peppers into noodles.
It was quick, easy, and flavorful.
I made it fairly often when the kids were growing up.
I could whip it up in no time using a can of tuna, a can of cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken soup), and some egg noodles.

My little family is on the love-it-like-crazy-I-will-fight-you-for-the-leftovers side. This recipe is made with a homemade cream sauce, frozen veggies, canned tuna and topped with Ruffles Chips because in my opinion, that is the only way to make a one. Put a splash of white wine in with the veggies as they sauteed. I omitted peas (don't like them). I can't say I was thrilled whenever it was on the menu.
