- Add bhuna zeera (roasted cumin seeds), coriander powder (dhanya powder) ; mix well.
- Add Chopped Onion (piaz), Chopped green mint (kata podina), chopped green chillies.
- Add Chopped fennel (kati saunf), chopped tomatoes, Chopped coriander leaves (kata dhaniya).
