  1. It's of olive oil.
  2. You need of Rose paprika.
  3. You need of ground cumin.
  4. You need of cumin seeds.
  5. Prepare of ground coriander.
  6. Prepare of ground cinnamon.
  7. Prepare of cardamom pods (crushed).
  8. You need of crushed garlic.
  9. You need of large brown onion sliced.
  10. You need of mild red chilli pepper deseeded and diced.
  11. Prepare of chorizo sausage sliced into 2 mm thick half moons.
  12. Prepare of mince beef.
  13. You need of tinned kidney beans drained.
  14. It's of tinned chopped tomatoed.
  15. You need of dark chocolate chopped.
  16. You need of Red wine.
  17. You need of beef stock cube or tablespoon gravy granules.

  1. In a large pot heat the olive oil and add the onion, garlic, pepper, and spices.
  2. Add the chorizo and let it release it's oils into the pan.
  3. Add the mince beef and brown.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes red wine and stock cube/gravy granules and simmer for 30 mintues. If you don't want to add wine just use beef stock.
  5. Add grated chocolate and simmer for another 30 minutes.
  6. Add kidney beans and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy.....We like to eat this with some grated cheese and either tortilla chips or tortilla bread.
