Ingredients of Zaatar Chicken Tandoori Satay
- It's of Chicken (boneless chicken breast).
- You need of Lemon juice.
- Prepare of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need of Olive oil.
- You need of Tandoori masala.
- It's of Salt as per taste.
- You need of Red chilli powder.
- You need of Wooden skewers.
- You need of Butter.
- You need of Tomato ketchup.
Zaatar Chicken Tandoori Satay instructions
- Cut chicken breasts lengthwise..
- Marinate chicken breast with lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,oilve oil,tandoori masala, zaatar powder,salt,red chilli powder for 2 hours..
- Put wooden skewers in a water for 5 minutes..
- Remove skewers from water..
- Now weave the marinated chicken onto soaked skewers..
- On a hot nonstick tawa add 1/2 Tbsp butter and cook chicken skewers on medium high flame..
- Cook on both the sides until golden brown..
- Now roast chicken satay on direct gas flame with brushing applying little butter for 5 minutes..
- For Dipping sauce - Add 1 Tbsp Zaatar powder into tomato ketchup and mix it..
- Serve hot!!!.
