- In curd mix chilli powder, amchur, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala, roasted cumin powder, kasuri methi.don't mix cornflour.
- Wash red and green bell peppers, tomato and cut in cube pieces, cut paneer in cube pieces, then marinate tomato, bell peppers and paneer in curd for 1 hour..
