Swedish Meatballs step by step
- MAKE MEATBALLS.
- Combine cream and egg in a bowl, whisk to mix and add sourdough bread crumbs, set aside to soak.
- In a large bowl combine all remaining meatball ingredient. including soaked bread crumbs and any. liquid the bread did not soak up. Combine well but don't overmix.
- Roll meat mixture into1 inch balls.
