Awadhi Gobi Bun Burger step by step

  1. To make cauli bun, take grated cauliflower, egg, seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well..
  2. Make patty and place in circles on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Remove excess water while making patty..
  3. Bake in a 180 C preheated oven for about 30-45 mins until golden brown. Flip after 20 mins and brown the other side as well..
  4. To make the awadhi sauce, heat oil in a pan. Once hot add jeera,javitri and laung. Cook for a minute and then add onion and cashew paste..
  5. Next, add ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 2 minutes until raw smell goes away. Then add Haldi, pepper,garam masala, red chilli powder and a pinch of sugar. Mix well..
  6. Then add water and salt. Stir once. Then add milk and cream. Cook it until boils. Let it cool..
  7. Now dip the paneer slice into awadhi sauce and cook it in a grilled pan..
  8. Now start layering the burger by applying Awadhi sauce on one bun slice and mayo+ schezwan sauce on the other bun slice. Add onion and tomato slices and place paneer patty in between. Add greens of your choice. The burger is ready..
